At Georgetown Place Apartments, we’re happy to welcome your furry companions. Our pet-friendly Georgetown apartments allow both cats and dogs, with community guidelines to ensure comfort and safety for all residents.
Allowed Pets: Cats and dogs only
Pet Limit: Up to 2 pets per apartment home
Weight Limit: 40 lbs. maximum per pet
Restricted Breeds: For the safety of our community, we do not allow Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, or any hybrid/mixed breed of the aforementioned.
Pet Deposit: $350 (per pet)
Monthly Pet Rent: $15 (per pet)
